Buying Guide
How to buy
- Choose from our sections (baby girl, baby boy, girl, boy, children or accessories for walking) and view the looks. If you prefer, you can use our search engine to filter by size, colour and item.
- Choose the look or product you are interested in. By clicking on the image you will be able to see the details of the look or product. If you click on the images with the mouse you will get an enlargement of the photograph to see the details. On the right-hand side of each product you will be able to find out about its description, composition, care, price, size and available colours.
- Select a size and add the look or product to your cart. You can choose to continue shopping or go to the cart and process your order. To complete the purchase, you can register (and thus accumulate points for the PAZ Club) or place the order as a guest without having to register.
- If you are not registered yet, fill in your details and you will be able to apply them to the purchase. Please check that they are correct.
- Remember to check the gift option if you wish.
- Choose a delivery method. Registered users have the option of shipping to a collection point.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
Shipping
Delivery time will be 1 to 3 working days within the Peninsula. If the order value is greater than €60, shipping costs will be free within the Peninsula. Delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will take place within 3-5 working days. If the order is placed after 1:00 p.m., it will be prepared on the next working day.
Standard shipping costs for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands are €4.95. For orders with an amount equal to or greater than €60, shipping costs are free, except for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which cost €35.00. Taxes are included in the price.
You can request home delivery to the address of your choice within the national territory of Spain. This can be your home address or that of the person you want to give the gift to, your workplace, your temporary address... If you are a registered user, in addition to accessing possible future offers and benefits, you can choose to collect your purchase at any Post Office. Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.
At the moment, orders placed from Spain can only be delivered within the national territory of Spain.
Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery address.
- Delivery within 1 to 3 working days for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
- Delivery within 3 to 5 business days for shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
You can check the status of your order using the tracking number that the shipping company has sent to your email or via SMS. If you are a registered user, you can also check the status of your order in the My Account section (My orders).
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a summary of your order informing you that it has been successfully completed. When the goods leave the warehouse, we will send an email indicating that the order has been shipped. Likewise, the transport company will send an email or SMS with a tracking number and delivery date at the indicated address. If you wish, in this communication you can modify the delivery date or request delivery at a carrier office within the same province. If you are a registered user and have chosen the option of delivery to an office, you will receive an arrival notification email so that you know when you can pick up your order. If you do not pick it up on the indicated date, you will receive another communication 5 and 10 days later.
Free return
Returns are free for you. The deadline for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase. We will send a carrier to the address you provide to collect your order. The first collection of the same order is free as part of our returns service. For additional collections of the same order, a charge will be applied and will be covered by the customer. This charge will correspond to the shipping costs assigned to the country of origin and will be deducted from the return amount.
To make a return, you must check that the item is in perfect condition and packaging, and that no more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase. Our team will speed up the process so that you can make a return in the shortest possible time. You must request a collection from the store's contact form. After verifying that the return is on time, we will send a carrier within 24-48 business hours. You do not need to print shipping labels.
To make an exchange you must return the item you wish to exchange and purchase the appropriate size or model again.
The deadline for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns within the deadline are always free for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We will send a carrier to collect your return at no cost to you. For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands the cost of the return will be €35.00.
Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will check that it is in perfect condition and with all its labels. You will receive the amount of the returned products through the same payment method with which you made your purchase. The outbound shipping costs, if paid, will not be refunded.
If you believe that the amount returned is not correct, please contact us using the online store's contact form or by writing an email to shop@pazrodriguez.com. Our customer service team will try to solve your problem as soon as possible. pazrodriguez.com reserves the right to reject returns that are reported or sent after the specified deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Send your gift
You can customize your order and send it directly to your family or friends in a simple way:
- Choose the look or item(s) you want to gift by adding them to the shopping cart. Enter the delivery address of the recipient.
- It can be your address or the address of the person receiving the gift.
- On the summary screen of your shopping cart you will see the option Is this a gift? By selecting this option you will see a drop-down menu to fill in with an unforgettable message. We will print your personalized dedication on a gift card that will accompany your order.
- The order will be delivered to the selected address. Please check delivery times in the SHIPPING section.
The Send Your Gift option is completely free. The recipient will receive the gift wrapped in tissue paper, inside our special box personalized for PAZ Rodríguez, protected by a premium outer bag.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Bizum, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. If you use Paypal as a payment method, there will be an additional charge of €3.50 on your order.
If you have any doubts about the security of our website for making payments with your card, we confirm that you can buy with complete security. The data on our website is transmitted in an SSL encrypted manner. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
