The club where our most loyal customers enjoy exclusive benefits and experiences. For every €20 purchase you make at pazrodriguez.com you receive 1 PAZ point that you can use to obtain discounts and experiences.

What discount do I get with my points?

You can get a discount starting from 1 point which is equivalent to 1€. For example, for every 100 points you will get a 100€ discount that you can use on your purchases at pazrodriguez.com. Points that have not been used in a purchase will remain available in your account for you to use later.

Do I receive points for all my PAZ Rodríguez purchases?

Earn points on all your purchases of clothing and accessories made at pazrodriguez.com. If your purchase has shipping costs, express shipping surcharge, or payment by Paypal, you will accumulate points. If you make a purchase at one of our sales points, it will not be possible to accumulate points as the service is not implemented at the moment.

How can I know my total points?

Once logged into the "My account" section, you can see your total and the history of your points, as well as check the status of your orders or recent purchases.

Where and how can I enjoy my points?

For the moment this service is available for your online purchases. Log in to your account with your email and password. You will be able to apply the available discount at the end of your purchase.

How much time do I have to use my points?

The points you receive from a purchase or through an action are valid for one year.

What happens to my points on a return?

When you return a garment, the points you received with the purchase will be deducted. If you used points to get a discount during the purchase, and they have not expired, you will recover them in your account. You can check the "History" tab in the "My Account" section to see how a return has affected your total points.

Why don't I have points in my account?

When making a return, the points you received with the purchase are deducted. If you use those points but then make a return, you could get a negative balance in your account.

My total points have not been updated with my last purchase.

The points you receive after a purchase may take up to 24 hours to be available in your account. In the History tab, you will see in detail the points you are pending to receive.

If after this time you still have not received them, contact Customer Service.

In which countries can I enjoy the benefits of the PAZ Club?

The advantages of the PAZ Club are valid in: Spain, UK, USA (except for the states of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska), France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Malta, and Bulgaria.

How can I unsubscribe from Club PAZ?

To unsubscribe from the Club, you must deactivate your account on pazrodriguez.com. If you don't want to lose your account, remember that you have the option to unsubscribe from your subscriptions in the My Account section. If you still prefer to unsubscribe, go to the My Data section in the My Account section. It is important for you to know that by doing so, your total points and order history will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
