The PAZ club is where our most loyal customers can enjoy exclusive benefits and experiences.
For every 20 Euros you spend at pazrodriguez.com you get 1 PAZ point , which you can then use to get discounts and experiences.
What discounts do I get with my points?
You get a discount of 1 Euro for each point. For example, for every 100 points you get a discount of 100 Euros that you can use in your purchases at pazrodriguez.com
Points not used in a purchase will remain available in your account for use at a later date.
How can I sign up for the PAZ Club?
You can join our club very easily by creating an online account at pazrodriguez.com
Do I get points for all my PAZ Rodriguez purchases?
You get points for all your purchases of clothes and accessories from pazrodriguez.com. If your purchase includes shipping fees, express delivery fees or PayPal fees, these payments will earn you points too. If you make a purchase at one of our physical points of sale, it will not be possible to accumulate points as this service has not yet been implemented.
How do I know how many points I have?
In My Account you can see your total and the history of your points. You can also consult the status of your orders and the latest purchases made.
Where and how can I enjoy my points?
At the moment this service is only available for your online purchases. Enter your account with your e-mail and password. You will be able to apply the discount available at the end of your purchase.
How long do I have to use my points?
The points you receive in a purchase or by means of another valid action are valid for one year.
What happens to my points if I request a refund?
When you return a garment, the points you received with the purchase will be deducted from your account. If during the purchase you used points to obtain a discount, and they have not expired, you will get them back in your account.
You can check the History tab in the My Account section to see how a return has affected the total number of points you have.
Why don't I have any points in My Account?
When you return a purchase, the points you received from it are deducted from your account. If you use those points, but then return the purchase, you may have a negative balance in your account.
My total number of points has not been updated with my last purchase.
The points you receive after a purchase can take up to 24 hours to show in your account. In the History tab you’ll be able to see the detail of the points you still have to receive.

In which countries can I enjoy the benefits of the PAZ Club?
You can enjoy the advantages of the PAZ Club in Spain, UK, USA (except the states of Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska), France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Austria, Finland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Malta and Bulgaria.
In which countries can I enjoy the benefits of the PAZ Club?
To unsubscribe from the Club you have to cancel your account at pazrodriguez.com. If you don’t want to close your account, remember that you have the option to cancel your subscriptions in the My Account section.
If you still prefer to unsubscribe, go to the My Details section in the My Account section. You should be aware that by doing this, your points and order history will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
